Technology Strategy:
The Technology Strategy Core Team is a highly inter-connected set of functions that drives a pivotal program to transform the overarching technical framework, product delivery and developer enablement teams at Client. The Firms multi-year Technology Strategy focuses on more effective and innovative technology platforms to enable our business in serving the evolving client demands in a highly competitive industry.

Role Profile:

This role will support the Head of Technology Strategy Adoption & Enablement in support of Technology Strategy-related initiatives across the globe, including the Firms major regions (India, East Asia, EMEA, and North America), as well as 18+ targeted offices (where the Technology organization has significant presence). The 3C Project Manager / Transformation Lead will support the global head in strategizing, planning, developing, and engaging key stakeholders and the broader employee base to understand and execute on the Technology Strategy.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing multiple projects / events simultaneously. Strong teamwork, stakeholder management and the ability to contribute to a global group are critical. Candidates should have an interest in technology, change management, and communications. The successful candidate should bring strong organizational skills and a high-level understanding of technology and technology teams gained through significant exposure in prior roles. Candidates should have the ability to lead by influence and also be able to work across geographies, levels, and domains, create strategic insights and communicate effectively.

The primary focus for this role is to provide oversight of the 3C team focused on accelerating adoption of new technologies, practices, and architectures. These teams partner closely with existing execution and delivery teams to enable faster transformation. The work includes stakeholder management, program management, event management, communications (verbal, written, and media-based) and program operations. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in managing multiple priorities at once, navigating through a fast-faced environment that is constantly evolving, and can be successful working in a high-visibility, highly-scrutinized environment. The following activities are in scope for this role:

High-level responsibilities will include:
 Program Management
Manage multiple 3C pods that partner closely with Technology delivery teams to accelerate adoption of their work.
This includes building a transformation strategy, executing on the plan, and tracking and reporting metrics.
Contribute to the 3C pods, hands-on, as needed.

 Communications, Event Management, Logistics, Coordination
Strategize, plan, and execute on communications plans to support the Tech Strategy.
Partner with other members of 3C to leverage Tech Strategy-owned initiatives to support culture change, as well as with other teams including Technology Communications, Technology Talent & Development, Corporate Services, IT, Multimedia, Legal, Corporate Security and Communications / Marketing.

Required Skills:
Strong organizational skills, with demonstrable project management experience
Well-developed stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization, including working with technical subject matter experts (SMEs)
Super-user in 0365 suite specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
Ability to manipulate and synthesize data, presenting analysis and insights to management
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, able to produce high quality content
A broad understanding of the technology function / division in driving the business
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global organization
The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience, ideally in a large enterprise environment

Desired Skills:
Adobe Analytics
Jive
Financial Services or Professional Services experience preferred
Knowledge of Agile practices & / or Project Management certifications a plus
Strategy, or Business Management profiles with technology groups could be strong candidates.
