Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements to support change initiatives. Impact Analysis : Conduct thorough change impact assessments to identify key changes and affected user groups. Communication and Training : Support the development of communication plans and training programs to ensure users are well-prepared for upcoming changes. Documentation : Maintain detailed records, change management plans, and status reports using tools like SharePoint for document management. Process Mapping and Visualization : Utilize Visio to create clear process maps and visual representations to aid understanding and guide implementation. Data Analysis : Use Power BI and SQL for reporting and analysis to track adoption metrics and project progress. Tool Utilization : Work with Azure DevOps to track project tasks, maintain traceability, and ensure alignment with project deliverables. Key Qualifications : Experience in the Transportation Industry is strongly preferred. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on organizational change management or similar projects. Strong familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci. Proficiency in SharePoint, Visio, Power BI, and Azure DevOps. Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to assess impacts and develop actionable plans. Proven experience with business process mapping and documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders effectively. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
