Experience: o 8+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects with multiple development teams on programs of $5M or above o Strong technical background, preferably with prior experience in software engineering, DevOps, or IT project management o 5+ years experience and deep understanding of the SDLC, Scrum methodologies, and scaled Agile practices o Highly organized with advanced problem-solving skills, expertise w/Excel, MS Office, and Smartsheet (including advanced reports and dashboards in Smartsheet) o Advanced abilities at PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership o Expertise at modeling project costs, capacity, hours consumed, budget and Project P/L (using Earned Value Concepts) o Expertise at controlling overall program management in Jira, MS Teams and Smartsheet 2. Leadership Skills: o Experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models in an Agile environment o Demonstrated ability to drive governance, manage dependencies, and optimize organizational delivery o Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with project sponsors, technical project managers, and cross-functional teams including writing, speaking, presenting, and listening skills o Strong coaching skills to enable senior leadership and resource teams to resolve issues and align program performance with organizational goals 3. Education: o Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelors degree; or 6 years and a masters degree; or equivalent experience as a Program Lead on Technology based portfolios o PMI PMP or SAFe Certification or equivalent Project Management Certification 4.
