Develop and maintain procedures that comply with department standards. Gather and respond to user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate resources, subject matter experts, internal business owners, and users to verify and assist in creating and maintaining documentation. Write and distribute clear and concise communications for internal and external clients. Provide reporting, insight, and recommendations for process improvement. Create continuous learning materials to enhance user knowledge. Must Have Bachelors Degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism or related field OR experience in Merchant Services industry with experience creating technical content Experience with SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Experience proof reading and grammatical skills, and strong attention to detail. Nice to Have Experience with MadCap Flare or similar single sourcing tool. 2+ years of experience in technical writing, producing training or procedural documents in a professional environment.
