Automation + Manual testers for e-commerce platforms testing with Shopify experience :: Plano - Texas USA Job description Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Tester with expertise in manual testing for ecommerce platforms operating across multiple countries and languages In this role you will ensure the seamless functionality of our ecommerce site enhance the customer experience and maintain the highest quality standards While manual testing will be your primary focus familiarity with test automation is a plus You will also monitor sites escalating issues to developers as needed and play a vital role in creating comprehensive documentation to support the QA process. Key Responsibilities Manual Testing Over all 10 + Year of Experience o Execute manual test plans to verify the functionality usability and performance of the ecommerce platform across multiple countries and languages o Validate workflows specific to international markets including localization language and currency regional compliance and user experience Documentation o Create and maintain detailed test cases bug reports and QA documentation o Write clear and concise documentation for both technical and nontechnical audiences Monitoring and s o Regularly monitor site performance and s to identify potential issues o Communicate critical findings to developers and follow up on resolutions Collaboration o Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure clarity in requirements and acceptance criteria o Participate in team meetings sprint planning and retrospectives to represent QA needs Nice to have o Automation Testing If experienced contribute to the development and execution of automated test scripts to enhance QA efficiency Skills Mainly we are looking for Automation + Manual testers for e-commerce platforms testing with Shopify experience.
