Maintain comprehensive business process documentation, such as narrative descriptions, process workflows, sequence diagrams, activity descriptions, trigger points, end points, system interfaces, business rules, system users, and reports. Work with the HCM community to advise users on ways to optimize use of the system and advance the adoption of system best practices. Create business process documentation to update training materials and develop test scripts and support user acceptance testing. Participate in the review, evaluation, configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions to identify and minimize gaps. Gather requirements, recommend solutions, prioritize requests, and develop reporting solutions while supporting third party interfaces within the HCM systems.
