Please send me your genuine candidate on my email ID [email protected] Job title : Business Analyst Location : Seattle, WA or Vancouver, Canada Duration: Long Term Job Description: Analyse and document business requirements for Oracle RMS implementations and enhancements Collaborate with merchandising, inventory, and supply chain teams to understand business processes Configure and maintain Oracle RMS modules including item setup, pricing, and inventory management Design and implement solutions for complex retail scenarios using Oracle RMS Create detailed functional specifications and test cases Provide support for integration between RMS and other retail systems Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions and document results Train end-users on RMS functionality and provide ongoing support Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) Strong understanding of retail business processes and merchandising operations Experience with retail inventory management and supply chain processes Proficiency in SQL and retail database structures Knowledge of Oracle Retail integration points (e.g., RFID, POS, Finance) Experience in creating functional and technical documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle Retail Finisher module Knowledge of other Oracle Retail modules (Price Management, Allocation) Experience with retail implementation projects Familiarity with Pacific Northwest retail market Oracle Retail certification Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field Technical Skills Oracle RMS v16+ expertise SQL and PL/SQL proficiency Understanding of retail EDI processes Experience with reporting tools (BI Publisher, OBIEE) Knowledge of retail integration patterns Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Strong project management capabilities Ability to work with cross-functional teams Problem-solving and analytical thinking Customer service orientation Special Focus Areas Finisher module configuration and operations Multi-channel retail operations Inventory management optimization Price management and markdown optimization Supply chain integration Work Environment Hybrid work model available May require occasional travel to retail locations Team collaboration using modern communication tools Fast-paced retail environment -- Keywords: business intelligence information technology procedural language Idaho Washington Job title : Business Analyst [email protected] |
