Job Title:- Senior Technical Project Manager Location:- Washington D.C (Hybrid) Job Description: The Senior Technical Project Manager will support multiple initiatives related to our partners internal claims processing platform and associated system integrations. They will oversee tasks related to Messaging Queries, Web Service calls or APIs, and SFTPs, that push communications and files to and from the health plan and external health plan partners as well. They will facilitate meetings and utilize their strong understanding of IT to drive technical deliverables. What Youll Get to Do: Oversee and direct complex $5M+ enterprise wide corporate initiatives involving 15-50+ stakeholder groups across several organizational work streams utilizing Agile methodology to deliver results. Work with various cross functional technology teams to deliver and align technology solutions with project timelines. Plan and manage large scale technical deliverables and technology roadmaps holistically around scheduled program increments and milestones, scope, cost, resource health and risks while collaborating with stakeholders in key meetings resulting in successful project delivery. Plan and own projects technical deliverables which includes timing implications with key dates while proactively reporting status, scorecard creation and fulfilling project analysis requests by using critical and creative thinking. Lead and contribute to vendor selection and procurement activities under program manager guidance while identifying, producing and fulfilling resource and go-live operational plans to insure project success. Prepare key documents, present business cases and produces other reports as needed while collaborating with stakeholders to bring projects through project funding conversations and initiation ceremonies. Youll Bring these Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager (In lieu of BS degree, plus 4 years of experience). Strong understanding of Web Service or API calls and messaging queries (REST API, SOAP, SFTP or IBM MQ). Experience within the healthcare industry. Experience with NetworX Pricer or HealthRules Payer. Experience with IBM MQ, IBM Axway or Sterling Gateway. PMP Certification desired.
