Position : Bootloader with C++ or C Location : Irving TX (Onsite Role) Visa: USC and GC-EAD and H4-EAD Passport no. is mandatory seeking a skilled Bootloader Developer with expertise in C/C++ programming to join our team in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of embedded systems, low-level programming, and bootloader development for hardware platforms. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to design, develop, and optimize bootloaders for various embedded applications. This is an onsite position, and candidates must be available to work in our Irving office. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize bootloaders for embedded systems using C/C++. Configure and initialize hardware components such as CPU, memory, and peripherals during the boot process. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate bootloaders with operating systems and hardware platforms. Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and testing to ensure bootloader reliability and performance. Collaborate on security features for the bootloader, including secure boot and encryption. Document and maintain codebase for reusability, efficiency, and scalability. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in embedded systems development, with a focus on bootloader development. Proficiency in C/C++ programming and low-level system programming. Strong understanding of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and hardware-software interactions. Experience with embedded development tools and debugging techniques. Familiarity with secure boot processes, encryption, and hardware security is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
