This role involves extensive collaboration with our CTO, backend engineers and UI UX designers to ensure that products are designed, scoped, and delivered. Key technologies for this role include Next.js, React, and a backend stack featuring NestJS, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and AWS for cloud infrastructure. You'll be part of a vibrant, fast-paced team that values innovation and collaboration. This is a full-time remote position, with mandatory availability from 9:00 to 11:00 AM PT as part of the standard working hours. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product designers and developers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications Develop new features and maintain existing codebase using React, Next.js, Typescript, Passport, Tailwind CSS, React Query, Jest, Cypress, react-hook-form. Write unit tests using Jest and end-to-end tests using Cypress to ensure the quality of the code. Optimize applications for speed and scalability Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the code quality and team's best practices Must have Skills / Abilities / Qualifications Bachelors degree in software engineering or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in Frontend development Proficiency in React, Next.js, Typescript, Tailwind CSS, React Query, react-hook-form. Proficiency in Jest and Cypress is a nice-to-have Experience with version control using Git Exceptional problem-solving skills, careful attention to detail, and strong communication skills. A proven track record of delivering results and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
