Role: Oracle Cloud HCM - Talent Management / Learning Work location: CHARLOTTE, NC Remote 6-12 months JOB DESCRIPTION: The Oracle HCM Talent Management and Learning Functional Lead who can provide end-to-end solutions that address clients business requirements Should have at least 1 Implementation experience in Talent & Learning management for a Global Company across Multiple Geographies. Overall 5-9 yrs experience. Should have deep expertise in Dynamic Skills, Talent Profile, Goal and Performance management, Succession Planning & Talent Review Meeting. Must have worked on at least 1-2 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a techno-functional role. Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation. Must have experience in fast formulas specific to define eligibility profile around talent & Learning management. Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing. Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Talent and Learning management. Experience in Implementing Core HR and Oracle recruitment will be desired. Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills. ***This position is Remote.
