Title: Peoplesoft Financial Functional Business Analyst Job Location: Fully Remote Role Job Duration: 12+ Months Contract USC/GC Only Job Description: Experience in the following Peoplesoft modules: GL (General Ledger), Accounts Payable and Purchasing ( mandatory) Accounting, Tax, Account Receivable and Treasury ( nice to have) For a senior PeopleSoft Finance Business Analyst position with the required technical expertise, the following soft skills are required: Leadership and Team Collaboration: As a senior resource, this person should be capable of leading discussions, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between the clients business and IT teams. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication are essential, especially when translating complex technical processes into business-friendly language. The ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively is key to building trust with clients. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking : The candidate should be proactive in identifying business challenges and offering solutions that align with the client's financial goals and operational processes. Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: The role will involve balancing different interests and negotiating between various stakeholders, especially when driving system changes or business process improvements. Adaptability and Change Management: The ability to help the client adapt to new systems, processes, and policies is important. Experience with change management practices would be beneficial. Strategic Thinking: This person needs to understand the clients long-term business strategy and how PeopleSoft Finance can help achieve those goals, offering insights that go beyond day-to-day operations.
