Expertise in IVR systems and Conversational AI platform ,

BRDs, functional specs, user stories, Experience with system

integration involving telecom platforms (e.g., billing systems, BSS, CRM).

            Experience with Conversational AI projects and Kore AI. Intent of the role is identification and development along with Business View is an added advantage

            Telecom or CRM ideally IVR related experience & services or other related industry experience

            Experience with system integrations bonus experience with implementation with IVR and Conversational AI (any platform)

            LC/NC Framework (knowledge)

            Expertise in working closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, especially IVR systems.

            Proficiency in creating business documentation such as BRDs, functional specs, and process flows.
