Good experience in desktop support, IT support, or a related technical role. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as major software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook). Experience with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), VPN solutions). Experience with Active Directory user management and basic network troubleshooting. Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi configurations. Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) for tracking support requests.
