Role: Lead SDET Work Location: Littleton, CO 80120 Duration: 6-12 Months Job Details: the SDET teams mission is to deliver software that meets business needs and allows for a positive customer experience. The Lead SDET is a key contributor to the overall software delivery team in a fast-paced IT environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks, leading a team of SDETs, and ensuring the overall quality of software applications by actively collaborating with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, often setting the quality strategy and best practices for the project. Advanced knowledge of software testing techniques, policies, and procedures. Advanced knowledge of testing tool sets such as ReadyAPI, Octane, Selenium, SoapUI, or similar tools. Extensive practical experience of testing methodologies required. Hands-on knowledge of SQL or other database query tools. Extensive practical experience of programming language(s). Able to write, present information, and respond to questions from leadership, customers and business partners. Able to represent the overall testing organization in a positive and intelligent manner. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to define, write and articulate requirements.
