As an Application Technical Support Engineer/manager, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our systems running. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Also, run the Jira ticket system. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME in Java application development area Collaborate and manage the team to perform Run the JIRA ticket system Implement system enhancements. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting. Professional & Technical Skills: Proficiency as a Java developer using Angular, React, AWS technologies Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Java Developer Experience in system integration. Experience as a manager running the Jira system Fintech or Vendor experience Must have prior experience working directly with clients Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Must have a bachelor's degree Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
