Scaler Knowledge in integrating CCM systems with other enterprise tools like MuleSoft, Salesforce, NAS, SFTP etc. ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
