Analyze business needs, optimize processes, and provide end-user support. Responsibilities: Configure and integrate SAP Fieldglass for workforce and procurement management. Lead SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migration with CPI and API tools. Collaborate with HR, IT, and Procurement teams on system alignment. Troubleshoot issues, manage releases, and train end-users. Qualifications: Required: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years in IT, 5+ years with SAP systems and data analysis. Expertise in SAP Fieldglass configuration and integration. Preferred: SAP Fieldglass certifications, CBAP/CCBA, or advanced degree.
