Required Skills & Competencies: Experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise Portal and ArcGIS Online systems, including Web App Builder, Experience Builder, Dashboards, and Survey123. High-quality cartographic skills for creating maps for reports, presentations, and outreach. Ability to conduct intermediate spatial analysis in ArcGIS Pro and document processes. Knowledge of developing basic custom features using Arcade in web-based GIS applications. Experience conducting quality control checks on GIS data. Knowledge of workflow automation (using Make, other software, or Python). Ability to work independently and collaboratively, clarify project goals, and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Education & Experience Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in GIS or related field.
