Job description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCAI (Conversational AI) Developer with a strong foundation in Natural Language Understanding (NLU) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated conversational AI solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business value. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality conversational AI solutions, including chatbots, voice assistants, and other interactive experiences. Develop and maintain NLU models, including intent classification, entity recognition, and sentiment analysis. Integrate NLU models with conversational AI platforms and backend systems. Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of NLU models and conversational AI solutions. Optimize conversational AI solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data scientists. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in conversational AI and NLU technologies. Research and implement new technologies and best practices to improve conversational AI capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to conversational AI solutions. Tech Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying conversational AI solutions. Strong experience in NLU, including intent classification, entity recognition, and sentiment analysis. Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with popular conversational AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow). Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good to have : Experience with deep learning models for NLU. Experience with Rasa or similar open-source conversational AI frameworks. Experience with data science tools and techniques.
