Location: Remote Contract: Long Term Rate: Open / hr Job Description: Design a Master Data Management solution based on Ataccama ONE MDM including but not limited to solution architecture MDM data model and integration patterns. Develop and implement Ataccama MDM and RDM solutions perform testing and debugging according to protocols. Perform data profiling data cleansing and data standardization activities to ensure data quality and accuracy during the migration process. Configure role-based access control and data encryption to ensure compliance with security policies. Define the data model with a focus on normalization, referential integrity, and scalability Set up policies for data governance within Ataccama ONE. Establish workflows for data approval and stewardship Responsible for managing the technical aspects of the master data management system including configuring and maintaining the system lifecycle. Ataccama MDM Development: Design, develop, and customize Ataccama MDM solutions to meet the organization's master data management needs. Data Integration: Integrate Ataccama MDM with various data sources, systems, and databases to consolidate master data, using batch, API and realtime features Data Cleansing and Standardization: Implement data cleansing and standardization rules to ensure data quality and consistency. Data Governance: Collaborate with data governance teams to establish and enforce data quality policies, standards, and workflows. Data Matching and Deduplication: Configure data matching and deduplication algorithms to identify and merge duplicate records. Data Enrichment: Enrich master data with additional information from external sources as needed. Data Security: Ensure data security and privacy by implementing access controls and data protection measures. Data Quality Monitoring: Set up monitoring processes to proactively identify and address data quality issues. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for Ataccama MDM configurations, processes, and workflows. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data stewards, business analysts, and IT professionals, to support data-related initiatives. Qualifications: At least 10 years of experience in MDM, DQ, RDM or related data management field. At least 3 years of experience with Ataccama ONE platform implementing MDM and Data Quality Healthcare data domain (Payer and Provider) experience will be key Experience with Azure data integration and migration services Azure Data Factory, Event Hub, Azure Functions, Azure Databricks, Synapse, Azure SQL, Cosmos, and Fabric services Experience working with Healthcare data formats - FHIR, HL7, DICOM, XML Experience working with REST, GRAPHQL API's Knowledge of data modeling and architecture best practices. Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and transform data. Proactive mindset and self-learner approach. You will be part of an agile team in a very dynamic environment.
