Duration: 1-year contract with possible extensions. Eligibility: Local candidates with proof of residence. Open to relocation. Position Overview The DevSecOps/Zero Touch Deployment Architect will: Report to the Technology Platform Strategy and Architecture team. Support the Tooling Services team. Lead the development and execution of CI/CT/CD practices and technologies. Drive the vision and implementation of Zero Touch Deployments for 24x7 always-on systems. Align enterprise architecture with innovative and scalable DevSecOps solutions.Key Responsibilities Design & Implementation: Secure, scalable cloud/on-prem resources like Kubernetes clusters, databases, storage, etc. Technology Strategy: Contribute to Swifts technology strategy and architecture. Prototyping: Develop scalable, DevSecOps-enabled solutions. Mentorship: Guide teams on modern development patterns. Process Improvement: Enhance operational processes and adhere to standards. Collaboration: Work with multi-discipline teams on technical work products. Zero Touch Deployments: Collaborate with Infrastructure and Tooling teams to implement automation.Required Technical Skills & Knowledge Experience: 10+ years designing and building enterprise-scale software solutions in a leadership role. Expertise in DevSecOps, including CI/CD pipelines and governance. Automation & Infrastructure: Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible. Hands-on with Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven, Gradle, and Git. Programming & Testing: Background in full-stack development (Java, JavaScript, SQL). Experience with CI tools like JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube. Frameworks & Platforms: Familiarity with Angular, React, or other JavaScript frameworks. Understanding of SAML, LDAP, and authentication services. Agile Practices: Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, including tools like JIRA.Desirable Skills Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Cloud expertise: AWS, Azure, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry. API Gateways and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of RPA frameworks (e.g., Pega, Blue Prism).
