Job Title: Dot Net Lead Developer Location: Jersey City, NJ - 3 days hybrid Job description We seek individuals with cloud migration experience from the .NET to .NET Core framework in a cloud environment. The individual should have leadership skills, good judgment, and an impact on peers and the team. The candidate should be self-reliant, able to work without much guidance on complex tasks, and deliver results to the team and the organization. Soft skills are critical when interacting with management, stakeholders, and executives who adhere to corporate values. Responsibilities Lead developer with assigned projects .NET Framework .NET Core MS SQL, SQL Server Tuning, Reengineering SOA modules to specifications and standards Introduce WEB API, replacing Rest API calls Replacing/Reengineering WCF Windows services to use gRPC Provide Architecture design to cover development, testing & deployment Adhere to company procedures guidelines during the project life cycle Rewrite existing XBAP UI to Angular framework Present generic framework libraries or style sheets when needed Follow the company's current test-driven development methodologies and process Enrich the TDD libraries where needed Participate in integration execution and user acceptance testing Communicate with the Director/PM about the status and be ready to report issues to the business and IT executives Qualifications Expert knowledge of .NET Core and .NET Standard Software Development and system architecture ten plus years Expert knowledge of Threading Must have solid experience converting .NET Framework multi-threaded services into .Net core Financial industry - Capital market is a plus Solid understanding of WPF UI Development Excellent knowledge of SQL Server, CDC, QN, triggers, and SBQ is a plus Knowledge of WCF and its configuration with SOA Experience converting WCF Windows services to Microservices using gRPC Expert level understanding of Microservices and WEB API development Knowing Angular JavaScript is a plus Experience implementing container orchestration to DEVOPs platform to manage and scale microservices Detailed knowledge of Database design, SQL development, and tuning Excellent verbal and writing skills in creating technical documentation Azure Development is a plus Skills working with PMO, Business users, defining development requirements, and managing user acceptance Thanks & Regards Pankaj Kumar Senior Technical Recruiter Tanisha Systems Inc.
