Help technically if they are stuck with any problem. Have a 2 / 3 strike rule where anyone repeating mistakes is replaced Have strong KPI and reporting around onboarding success to capture effectiveness / failures / amount of rework / etc. Have a strong Program Manager who will take bottom line accountability and will accompany him for the meetings with Internal Risk to face the fire if there are issues.
