We have a mixture of VOIP, Digital, Analog, and 4 core PBXs. Part of the job requires on-site work, but much of it can be performed remotely (50/50). Will be troubleshooting, upgrading, and integrating servers. Day-to-day moves/adds/changes and handset installations are typically performed by other team members. This position will provide next-level support to the other team members. A successful candidate would have experience equivalent to Avaya Tier 3 support.
