Effective communication skills to translate technical details for business stakeholders. Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or equivalent. SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist certification is preferred. Technical certifications in WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan Certified Professional) are a plus.
