Looking to recruit a Scrum Master / Project Manager . The successful candidate will help form the vision, roadmap and goals for the application/projects they will be aligned to, working with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver robust and sustainable business software solutions using agile techniques. This position will include membership within multiple agile delivery teams and will be responsible for ensuring that teams are practicing the right level of rigor, as well as drive continuous improvement activity. Define and prioritize user stories for the scrum team utilizing applicable artefacts; Jira, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, Workflow, Business Rules, Software Specifications, etc. Work in partnership with business stakeholders and the scrum team to ensure user stories are delivered in line with business requirements. Participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with business stakeholders and technology management. Collaborate with technology team members, end users, and other stakeholders in the testing of new software programs and applications, including the coordination of UAT.
