A technical guy is needed not a functional guy Visa: USC and GC only Experience Needed: 10+ years LinkedIn Needed Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of our Enterprise SaaS applications focused on Transportation and Logistics Management Systems (TMS). This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, extensive program management experience, and a deep understanding of SaaS SDLC. You will oversee the planning, execution, and smooth deployment of software product releases while ensuring alignment with PMO processes, business priorities, customer needs, and organizational goals. Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects with multiple development teams on programs of $5M or above Strong technical background, preferably with prior experience in software engineering, DevOps, or IT project management 5+ years experience and deep understanding of the SDLC, Scrum methodologies, and scaled Agile practices Highly organized with advanced problem-solving skills, expertise w/Excel, MS Office, and Smartsheet (including advanced reports and dashboards in Smartsheet) Advanced abilities at PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership Expertise at modeling project costs, capacity, hours consumed, budget and Project P/L (using Earned Value Concepts) Expertise at controlling overall program management in Jira, MS Teams and Smartsheet Leadership Skills: Experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models in an Agile environment Demonstrated ability to drive governance, manage dependencies, and optimize organizational delivery Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with project sponsors, technical project managers, and cross-functional teams including writing, speaking, presenting, and listening skills Strong coaching skills to enable senior leadership and resource teams to resolve issues and align program performance with organizational goals Education: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelors degree; or 6 years and a masters degree; or equivalent experience as a Program Lead on Technology based portfolios PMI PMP or SAFe Certification+ or equivalent Project Management Certification Preferred Experience: Direct experience with managing freight movement, intermodal transport, or Supply Chain Logistics in addition to experience in software architecture, system integrations, and cloud-based applications within an enterprise SaaS solution Thanks, Sunny IT Recruiter Source InfoTech Inc., Email: [email protected] Keywords: information technology green card microsoft Georgia Technical Program Manager -Remote EST and CST needed-USC and GC only [email protected] |
