Position:Oracle Fusion Finance/HCM Techno functional consultant Location:Remote, Houston, or Atlanta Duration:Long term Job Description: Looking to fill an open positions for an Oracle Fusion Finance/HCM Techno functional (75-25) consultant with strong focus on integration roles with 8+ years of expert domain knowledge covering the PPM/Finance/HCM Must have been a part of at least 3-5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance/ERP implementations. The candidate is expected to have 10 to 12 years of expert domain knowledge in Finance/HCM (Employee onboarding/Hierarchies/PPM/GL/AP/AR) cycles. Candidate should be 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure logic app development. Well versed with Cloud technologies (OIC/OTBI/e-text templates/SQL tuning/groovy scripts), must have expert working experience in 5 or more of these modules in addition to the core. Finance/SCM module General Ledger (Preferred) Project Portfolio Management (Preferred) Account Payables (Preferred) Account Receivables (Preferred) HCM (Employee master/Assignments/Rolloff/Payroll/Hierarchies) (Preferred) TCA/Customer Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management. Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex technical issues/problems with Integration. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables. The candidate should have been in client-facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement-gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Solid understanding of integration patterns, protocols (REST, SOAP), and message formats (JSON, XML) commonly used in enterprise integration. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
