Job Role: Conversational AI Chatbot Developer Job Location: Iselin, NJ(South) Charlotte, NC, Malvern, PA, WALTHAM, MA (Remote) Duration: 12+ months contract Years of experience: 08+Years Role Description: Design Conversation Scripts, Bot Responses, and user journeys to create consumer-facing Chatbots with personality, character, and human user interactions. Responsible for Designing and testing chat conversations, flows, and user journeys based on different bot personas. Creative thinking of the users conversational journey with a bot. Thinking of different ways a user can speak with a Human or Bot agent. Liaison between the Delivery team to ensure delivery of intelligent and intuitive conversations for ease of customer understanding. Develop mockups, flows, redlining, and other creative prototyping-related items. Operates with a customer-first mindset and designs client-centric experiences end-to-end to solve inquiries. via multiple channels & touchpoints Essential Skills: Introduction to KORE.ai, Smart Assist, IVR Technologies Familiarity with chatbots, voice-enabled devices, or other conversational channels. Storyteller and editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences Conversation Journey building experience mandatory Experience on Kore.ai, Rasa, and Google Dialog flow is preferred. Desirable Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills. Exceptional creative thinking, writing, and persona-building skills 7+ years experience in linguistic analysis, Conversation design, copy editing, or similar roles preferred, in Content development roles. Innovative thinker with the ability to come up with creative solutions.
