This position is for 12+ months, with option of extension, and will be worked remote with minimal in-person engagement in the Raleigh area. Candidate must work EST business hours. Below is the job description Resumes due ASAP Description: HiCAMS is a custom, client-server, PowerBuilder application used to track work, materials and payments on Division of Highways Construction projects. We also have many Java, C+ and asp.net/C# interfaces with various internal and external systems that need to be maintained and enhanced. Additionally, there is a list of new interfaces and web applications tied to HiCAMS that our clients want to have developed in the coming years. The initial assignments will be to analyze/design/code/test data windows to replace approximately 200 sample test result spreadsheet formats that were coded using an outdated 3rd party software tool. Additional work will involve analyzing/designing/coding/testing bug fixes and other functional enhancements to the system and its interfaces. This individual should have practical experience with standard development life cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, unit & system testing, quality assurance testing as well as experience with business process transformation. Experience designing and implementing SharePoint and web-based solutions are also valuable skills were seeking. Required Skills: (10+ years) Experience as a PowerBuilder developer using PB10 or more recent versions.
