UX Designer Mid Level Irving, TX (onsite) Any visa is fine Exp : 7+ PROJECT DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY We are building our experience design team with stellar design talent who will build the next version of our mobile app. Our team of designers are self-driven and multi-faceted in their skill sets, and together with our product and engineering teams, will be responsible for defining the customer experience of our digital products. KEY RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES You will leverage the 7-Eleven Design System to shape new features and enhance existing functionality. Partner with the DesignOps team to create new Desisgn System components. On a daily basis you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Design, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and others. Collaborate with our Research team to evaluate design solutions and measure product goals and outcomes. MUST HAVE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Skilled in Design Systems, both their use, and the process to create and modify components. Nx Knowledgable of best practices in Experience Design principles for mobile apps. You are a natural collaborator, actively seeking out information and partnerships, you are able to navigate competing priorities, negotiate decisions, and advocate for what is right.
