The role requires extensive experience in Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and associated technologies, along with strong stakeholder management and coordination skills for onshore-offshore collaboration. Responsibilities: Power BI Development: Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder. Analyze, visualize, and report data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Power Platform Expertise: Develop new PowerApps canvas apps and enhance existing apps. Create and manage business processes and custom connectors with Power Automate/Flow. Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and custom data sources. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution. Work with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver updates, and address concerns. Process Improvement & Integration: Identify opportunities for leveraging Microsoft 365, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint to improve productivity and collaboration. Facilitate process improvements through the Power Platform. Qualifications: Essential Skills: Expertise in Power BI, including dashboard and report development. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools: PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate/Flow. Strong understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods. Experience with SQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS). Knowledge of licensing and configuration for Power Automate/Flow. Ability to design end-to-end solutions for collaboration and productivity improvements. Desirable Skills: Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint integrations. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft 365 applications. Ability to create complex, scalable business workflows. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform. Competencies: Technical Expertise : Advanced skills in Power BI and Power Platform tools. Stakeholder Engagement : Strong customer management and communication skills. Process Automation : Hands-on experience in automating and optimizing workflows. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality Power Platform solutions and foster effective collaboration.
