Customize workflows, forms, and processes within IBM Tririga to meet business requirements. Perform system upgrades and patch management for IBM Tririga environments. Business Analysis and Process Optimization Analyze business requirements and map them to IBM Tririga functionalities. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize real estate and facilities management processes. Develop and implement strategies to improve user adoption and operational efficiency. Integration and Support Integrate IBM Tririga with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CAFM, or CMMS platforms. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IBM Tririga applications. Monitor system performance and ensure the stability and availability of the platform. Training and Documentation Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective use of IBM Tririga. Reporting and Analytics Develop and manage dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize IBM Tririgas analytics tools to generate insights for better decision-making. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills Extensive experience with IBM Tririga, including configuration and customization. Knowledge of IBM Tririga modules like Real Estate Management, Space Management, and Facilities Maintenance. Proficiency in IBM Tririga Application Platform tools such as Data Integrator and UX Framework. Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and reporting tools. Business Knowledge Familiarity with real estate and facilities management best practices. Understanding of industry standards like IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems). Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
