Title: PeopleSoft Absence Management/Payroll Functional Location: Remote (Must be from PST or MST) (Las Vegas, Nevada) Government Experience is must have Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM, specifically in Absence Management and Payroll modules. Proficient in PeopleSoft Absence Management and Payroll modules, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. In-depth knowledge of HR, payroll, and absence management best practices and compliance requirements. Strong understanding of payroll cycles, tax regulations, deductions, and benefits. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll calculations, absence reporting, and system integrations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, including HR, IT, Finance, and other business units. Strong documentation skills to create training materials, user guides, and functional specifications.
