The ideal candidate will have expertise in Store Network infrastructure - Wireless, Switching and Routing, including Arista, AWS Networking, Switching & Routing Cisco, and WAN Optimizers. Redesigning store IDs in the NW infra and IT infra landscape is the key responsibility of this role. This role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing geospatial data to support our business objectives and enhance our network infrastructure. Candidate with Retail Domain and Store Network Infrastructure will be an ideal match for the position. Responsibilities: - Analyze geospatial data to provide insights and support business objectives. - Develop and implement strategies for effective load balancing across network systems. - Manage and optimize wireless networks to ensure seamless connectivity. - Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Arista and Cisco switching and routing systems. - Utilize AWS Networking to enhance cloud-based network solutions. - Implement and manage WAN Optimizers to improve network performance. - Scripting and automation ideation and experiences is desired - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data into various projects. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues. - Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards. - Conduct regular network performance assessments and recommend improvements. - Document network configurations and changes for future reference. - Able to present detailed solution walkthroughs and presentations and prepare documentations for implementations. - Able to prepare HLD and LLD architecture diagrams, as necessary Qualifications: - Possess a strong background in geospatial analysis with relevant technical skills. - Demonstrate expertise in load balancing and wireless network management. - Have extensive experience with Arista and Cisco switching and routing systems. - Show proficiency in AWS Networking and cloud-based network solutions. - Exhibit knowledge of WAN Optimizers and their implementation. - Hold a relevant certification such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or AWS Certified Advanced Networking. - Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shifts. - Have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 11 years of relevant experience. - Be committed to continuous learning and professional development. - Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Show a strong commitment to enhancing network infrastructure and supporting business goals.
