The ideal candidate is seen as a thought leader with a broad and deep understanding of IT and asset-related business process concepts and able to drive the development of solutions to problems and critical IT asset management efforts, often for the most complex or difficult customer situations. Responsibilities: Build a customer-focused relationship with high-level stakeholders to identify business challenges and arrive at the best solution Conduct needs analysis, establish project specifications, and identify solutions to customers' business challenges Compile business data using industry-specific knowledge to gain insight into a business organization and operating structure Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders Manage and communicate process and business requirements to the delivery team as a bridge to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the customer's expectations Apply ServiceNow knowledge and Field Service Management, ITSM, Strategic Portfolio Management, and/or Integration domain expertise in customer engagements to provide optimum workflows. Design efficient workflows based on ServiceNow Field Service Management, ITSM, Strategic Portfolio Management, and Integration product capabilities and leading practices, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet the customer's expectations. Create user stories and train customers to create their own user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy and knowledge transfer while supporting customers in reviewing and approving them. Be an active contributor of leading practices, and provide expertise related to the ServiceNow platform or solutions and workflows built on the platform. Required Skills: Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with the ability to work with a solution architect to translate business requirements into platform stories ServiceNow Certification in CIS-FSM, CIS-ITSM, CIS-SPM Business Process Management (BPC) training/certification Experience implementing and understanding the capabilities of ServiceNow Proven track record implementing ServiceNow applications Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria Bonus Skills: ITIL v3 or v4 Certification Healthcare experience Qualified Skills: 10+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience Ability to travel up to 25%-50% of the time Industry domain expertise in Field Service Management, ITSM, Strategic Portfolio Management, and Integration Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution Experience working collaboratively ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow Thanks & Regards...
