Execute upgrade scripts, perform system configuration, and create/retrofit code. Conduct unit and regression tests for integration web services, interfaces, and reports within PeopleTools. Address vulnerabilities and ensure the stability of applications managing sensitive personal and financial data. Resolve issues related to database and PeopleSoft support, ensuring no instability, downtime, or data corruption. Qualifications: Extensive PeopleSoft 8.x/9.x techno-functional experience with HR and Benefits Administration (v. 9.2 is a plus). Five full-lifecycle PeopleSoft HR and/or Benefits Admin implementation experiences. Proficient in app messaging (integration broker), PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, App Designer, and SQL Developer. Experience working with PeopleSoft interfaces into legacy and 3rd-party systems. Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM Database model and systems development lifecycle methodologies. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
