Key Skills: Domain expertise in Transportation and Logistics. Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders and teams. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the CMS redesign. Analyze current content management processes and identify areas for improvement. Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
