NO JNTUH & OSMANIA CANDIDATES Essential Skills: Skilled Senior Service Now ITAM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background with extensive experience working on the Service Now platform, particularly in the areas of Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management . This role requires technical expertise in customizing, implementing, and integrating Service Now solutions to support ITAM processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Service Now development and implementation. Strong understanding of Service Now modules specifically ITAM (SAM + HAM) Experience with scripting in Service Now (JavaScript, Glide API). Familiarity with ITIL concepts and processes. Experience in integrations between Service Now and third-party tools (via REST/SOAP APIs). Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist SAM, HAM is a plus Experience with additional Service Now modules like ITOM, CMDB, ITSM. Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred Key Responsibilities: Implementation experience in ITAM, ITOM, ITSM. Develop workflows, scripts, and automation to optimize IT asset lifecycle processes Customize Service Now applications and OTB products Hands-on experience with Service Now integration and implementation projects. Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions aligned with business needs and ITIL processes. Integrate ITAM with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and third-party tools for seamless asset tracking and reporting. Apply knowledge of banking processes and regulatory frameworks to develop compliant ITAM solutions. Provide thought leadership in ITAM strategy, ensuring optimal asset utilization and cost savings Create and maintain technical documentation for Service Now configurations, customizations, and development work. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the Service Now platform, ensuring optimal performance. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend best practices. Work with cross-functional teams, including ITSM, ITOM, Security, and Procurement, to deliver end-to-end asset management solutions. Stay updated with new features and functionality within the ServiceNow platform, and recommend upgrades and process improvements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Ensure best practices are followed for ServiceNow development and implementation.
