(Not only as the end user, but as the Jira Align admin) o             Strong knowledge of administering Jira Align. o             Detailed understanding of how to configure, administer and support Jira Align and Microsoft Azure DevOps. o             Experience gathering requirements and configuring Jira Align for Lean Portfolios with multiple SAFe ARTs. o             Strong experience and understanding of setting up Portfolios and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in Jira Align using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) best practices.              Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) certified, preferably SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC).
