The candidate will be part of a cross-functional team, working closely with representatives from development, data and change management to ensure project deliverables are created / submitted based upon the agreed upon schedule and align with the project stakeholder expectations. The Business Analyst must be prepared to: Develop and document business processes to illustrate current and future state Gathering stakeholder feedback, categorizing and prioritizing information Review and analyze user feedback to identify common themes, trends and recommend areas for improvement. Convert user feedback into actionable user stories (within JIRA) that reflect the desirable business process Must have worked in prior Salesforce implementation and have required Salesforce skillset Be prepared to draft test cases that are user friendly and make sense Confirm system meets submitted requirements by actively participating in system testing activities Must be comfortable liaising between technical and business team members Additional Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Business Analyst Experience in Legal Operations a plus Experience with business process modeling; mandatory Familiarity using tools required (JIRA, Miro, Chorus, Quip, Keynote); mandatory Excellent verbal and communication skills; mandatory Collaboration, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making skills and attention to detail; mandatory Skill Sets Niche Skill Experience Preference Communication Skills No 2-5 Years Is Required Verbal Communication No 2-5 Years Is Required Requirements Gathering No 2-5 Years Is Required Process Design No 2-5 Years Is Required Thanks & Regards...
