Oversee organizational-wide security engineering initiatives to execute the Bureau/Department's mission and vision. Assist with all ongoing County-wide activities that provide operational security and privacy. Guide and provide insights on matters related to information security or privacy controls for systems. Manage and supervise the day-to-day information system security and privacy operations. Manage data forensic capabilities, cyber security research and development, Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), and the Information System Security Engineering (ISSE) programs. Oversee the development, implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of the system and security framework of policies, procedures, standards, incident resolutions, privacy training, and awareness.
