Guide the architecture and implementation of core ITSM processes, custom applications, and integrations. Provide deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM. - Stay up to date with new features, functionalities, and best practices in ServiceNow. Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using the ServiceNow platform. Ensure that solutions are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with business goals. Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth operation across platforms. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, configurations, and workflows. Provide training and support to end-users and other developers as necessary.
