Supporting customers in defining, redesigning, and documenting business processes. Designing solutions, estimating efforts, identifying gaps, prioritizing gaps, and planning implementations (pilot, phased, or big-bang approach). Building prototypes and implementing the solution and test environment. Defining the testing approach, developing test scripts, executing test scripts, and resolving any identified gaps. Finalizing configurations, migrating solutions to the productive environment, and performing cutover activities. Actively participating in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live phases of implementation projects. Planning, running, and managing blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients. Assisting in defining the scope of projects/opportunities, estimating efforts, and outlining project timelines. Analyzing business processes, performing root cause analysis, and optimizing technical performance. Updating and maintaining project tasks using relevant systems. Assisting in Production support tickets and year-end activities in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. Leading requirements gathering workshops and completing and maintaining workbooks. Attending Sprint planning, Retrospective, and Reviews.
