Create Functional Specifications, create & execute test cases ; Data Loading And set-up 2. Well versed with Infor Cloud suite - Automotive (Infor CSA) or with Infor LN 10.6 and above. 3. Functional Experience on Supply chain and Manufacturing with following skills: Multi-company set-up, Sale Order processing, Product configuration(PCF), Shipment planning JIT concepts, EDI Transactions and Enterprise Planning In-depth knowledge of Infor Service Module, Full Order cycle of Service Orders; Supply chain Purchase contracts, Schedules, Returns, ASNs Warehouse Management, Scanners and Printers, Handling Units, Inventory specifications, cycle counting Interface with Factory Track, Inbound and Outbound advises, Kanban and Kitting 4. Good communication and Interpersonal skills to work with the End Users and Business Leads. Collaborate and lead meetings with Business community and technical consultants 5. Integration of Infor LN using ION tool, Knowledge of BODs, BDEs(Extensions) and XML Position 2 (1 position) Job Type: Full-time / C2H / Contractor Role - Infor LN Supply Chain Functional Consultant Job Description We are looking to add new consultants to our team of Infor LN ERP Consulting Team. This client-facing role will work directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate these requirements into end products. Working with decision-makers and Key / End users, gather requirements and recommend optimal business processes relative to ERP functionality Understanding manufacturing business processes and devising methods to implement them with the ERP application Conducting a functional assessment at a client site within the manufacturing / distribution / planning areas Configure and test ERP to perform specific functionality to satisfy business requirements Assist with full site implementations and upgrades, which include pilot testing, data validation, development of data transformation rules and governance procedures, and post implementation support Troubleshoot ERP anomalies and process issues Maintain documentation relative to ERP implementation/upgrade Interact with business users for training, problem solving and automation of business processes. Identify and communicate opportunities to improve current processes and procedures Assess impacts of system changes and ensure effective delivery of application functionality and integration. Liaising between client and developers to help define custom programming needs Meeting project deadlines and budgets Support sales opportunities, and recognize/resolve of any client issues which could affect the client business relationship Qualifications At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience with implementing or supporting ERP applications. Candidates with experience in implementing and supporting Infor LN ERP in a manufacturing / distribution / planning environment strongly preferred. Well versed with Infor LN 10.7 On-prem or Cloud Edition modules of Supply Chain ((PUR, SLS, WH and CI) Knowledge of tp-Project module and Product Configurator is added advantage. Knowledge of Supply Chain modules (Purchase, Sales, Central invoicing) is added advantage Strong functional knowledge in your area of expertise. Business experience in same domain area is preferred. Demonstrated experience with the creation of Functional Specifications, creation & execution of test cases A bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field required. Equivalent experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or Factory Supervision considered Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences Additional Optional Requirements Able to speak is any European language like - basic French, German or Italian and able converse with end users will be added advantage.
