Role
Description:

The Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Acting as the labeling representative on strategic new
product development and sustaining engineering projects. This includes all
labels, instructions for use (IFUs), safety booklets, and inserts.

Providing technical writing capabilities for the
content development and refinement of instructional literature such as
IFUs, safety booklets, inserts, etc.

Leading the end-to-end development process, starting
from gathering design requirements and specifications to qualification and
verification.

Leading product label changes after launch, based on
the business's defined needs.

Following established best practices for labeling.

Working collaboratively and proactively to maximize the
success of the Technical Engineering Services group.

Working independently with minimal guidance.

Facilitating discussions within the team and with other
departments as needed.

Competencies:
EIS Skills: TechPub - Adobe Photoshop

Essential
Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator,
Photoshop, InDesign) and MS Office.

Knowledge of FDA, MDR, and ISO labeling requirements.

Experience with label creation and printing software
such as Teklynx Labelview or CODESOFT is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the
medical industry or related field.

Experience in developing artworks, graphics, and
instructions for regulated industries related to packaging labels,
product-applied labels, reference/setup guides, and product renderings or
illustrations.

Excellent teamwork, coordination, and communication
skills.

Self-starter, energizing, results-oriented, and capable
of multitasking.

Ability to work within a team to deliver solutions.

Good to have: Project management experience.

Good to have: First-hand knowledge/experience in creating process
flow maps, organizing, and managing individual project plans/schedules.
