IBM is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in the development of an advanced, centralized AI Observability platform . In this position, you will be at the forefront of creating a robust platform designed to provide deep insights and monitoring capabilities for various AI systems. Your expertise in Computer Vision (CV) , Machine Learning (ML) , and Large Language Models (LLMs) will be essential in ensuring that the platform can effectively track, measure, and optimize AI performance across a range of use cases. As a Technical Lead , you will not only contribute your technical knowledge but also provide thought leadership in the creation and enhancement of the platform. Key responsibilities will include: Driving Platform Development: Lead the design and implementation of a centralized system that allows real-time tracking and analysis of AI models, including CV, ML, and LLMs. Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and continuously evolve the platform to meet the latest AI trends and challenges. Strategic Vision: Play a key role in shaping the long-term strategy of AI observability for IBM, ensuring the platform remains at the cutting edge of industry developments. Mentoring and Leadership: Guide and mentor a talented team of engineers, setting a high standard for best practices in AI observability, and ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.
