Ensure Operational Stability, IT Change Management, and Service Delivery for core business and end-user programs. Manage end-to-end risk management processes, including lifecycle management, information security, and GxP compliance. Lead projects of varying sizes with limited supervision, using Agile methodologies and tools throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Collaborate with field service teams, manage team resources, and provide support for Asset Management, Desktop Services, and Desktop Support. Optimize IT service management to maximize value delivery. Leverage knowledge of Life Sciences or GxP processes to support regulated environments.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related fieldor equivalent experience. Proven experience in building and deploying business solutions, preferably within Supply Chain systems (e.g., MES). Experience in delivering IT solutions in regulated environments, ideally in Life Sciences (GxP). Strong understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and optimization practices. Expertise in IT infrastructure delivery, application development, and support services.Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience in deploying solutions that align with industry regulations. Knowledge of asset management and field service management processes. Familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies for efficient project management.
