Job Title: SAP BRIM Job Location: Remote Job Description: SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation by Digital Route Looking for more than 10 years' relevant SAP consulting or industry experience in an AMS/ support environment in Convergent Mediation and at least 1 end to end project implementation in SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation CM. Experience in Convergent Mediation (CM) by Digital Route.(Mandatory) Must have knowledge of BRIM architecture. Participate in customer discussions on upcoming enhancements. Work with customer for troubleshooting, investigate and solve their day to day issues, perform root cause analysis. Experience in writing functional specification and develop custom enhancements/reports in CM. Must have knowledge of customized environment and interfaces with third party systems. Experienced working with global teams and good documentation skills. Experience in Media, Utility or Telecommunication Industry using Convergent Mediation tool will be a great asset.
